Our international group includes a manufacturing plant in Portugal, as well as associate companies in Canada, USA, Canada and China. We enjoy a worldwide reputation together with our associate companies and are one of the top producers of technical ceramic components and tungsten carbide for a wide variety of industries. Our international group includes a tungsten carbide, technical-Ceramics, and synthetic Gem Material manufacturing facility in Portugal. We also have associate companies in Germany, Italy USA, Canada, China, and USA. The Portugal plant offers a wide range of tungsten caride indexable metal cutting tools and inserts. It is manufactured using modern rotary presses with HIP furnaces. After being ground to high tolerance, it is coated by our in-house coating facility. Our specialists in OEM design, manufacture contracts and OEM design, the plant excels at the production of tungsten wear parts, as well as composite wear parts, sintered or finished ground.

Tungsten Carbide components are manufactured in Germany by our German plant. These components include planner blades, profile knives, and turnover knives. Our German plant also produces technical-ceramics as well as synthetic gem material components. The Italy plant produces tungsten carbide in sintered and ground forms, as well as rotary tolls, mining tools, and other construction tools. Our USA plant is specialized in manufacturing tungsten carbide of medium-large size, near net shape preforms as sintered components. We can also design and manufacture it, pressed and machined using state of the art equipment.

Canadian plants are experts in manufacturing wood and metal cutting tips. They can be made in tungsten carbide or stellite materials. Pre brazed, they provide long-lasting, reliable tooling and debarking heads to the timber industry. The China plant is specialized in high-volume component parts made of tungsten carbide. This allows for very fast on. Products are manufactured using specially designed machinery and then sintered in high-intensity furnaces to ensure timely delivery.
